Soul Care Society received its charity status in November, 2024. The Society is run by a 5 person Board – Kristi Schroots, Judith King, Nancy Boese, Evy Klassen and Board Chair, Arlana Knuttila. Cathy AJ Hardy is the founding member of the Society.
The theme of the Society is “That We Might Radiate Love.” We seek to do this by raising funds that support the work of Soul Care®, which includes the Spiritual Direction Training School, the 3 – One year Spiritual Formation Programs, Scholarships, Retreats, Music, Podcasts, Books, Events and more. We are deeply humbled and moved by the gifts of generosity given towards the work of Soul Care® and will use these funds with integrity and in service to the work we are dedicated to.
Donations:
We have chosen an organization called Charitable Impact to process our donations. It is an online platform that lets you manage your charitable giving and support any registered charity in Canada. Charitable Impact was founded in 2011 “with the goal of making it easier for people to come together to change the world, and it led to developing resources for donors (and charities) that support them on their giving journey.”
How it works: You create an account on Charitable Impact and then add funds to it. When you add funds you automatically will receive a tax receipt for the money you added from the Charitable Impact Foundation (Canada), which is also a registered charity. You then can direct your funds to our Soul Care Society account. Charitable Impact sends the funds to us right away. They do not charge any fees accept the credit card processing fee from your donation, if there was one. Using Charitable Impact helps us greatly, as it takes care of all donation receipts and other accounting that would be necessary. We are grateful to partner with them.

Donation Dream List:
At this time, the main focus of our fundraising is to support the Spiritual Direction Training School as well as Scholarships (for this program, the 3 One-Year Formation Programs and other programs and retreats Soul Care offers).
Soul Care has many dreams and we would also like to offer specific dream list items that you could direct your donation funds to. These items would belong to Soul Care Society, so all future proceeds would go to the Society. These include:
1. Music
We are dreaming of 2 new albums featuring Cathy AJ Hardy. The cost to produce these albums can be up to $20,000 each. They are:
a) Radiant Light – Songs of the Christmas Season
b) Aligning with Love – Meditation Songs for the Soul
2. Podcasts
Soul Care Conversation Podcasts with Cathy AJ Hardy. Interviews and conversations to inspire the soul. Production cost is $500 each.
3. Books
Leadership from a Soul Centre by Cathy AJ Hardy. Publication cost TBA
4. Events – Soul Care Conferences – Costs TBA
a) She Speaks – Listening to the Voice of the Feminine as a Pathway of Healing and Wholeness
b) Anthropos – Becoming Fully Alive – The integration of the Masculine and Feminine in Healing and Freedom.
