Patricia Braun
Patricia Braun was a stay-at-home mom while her 3 kids were growing up, doing childcare for her friends as well. She discovered theatre about 20 years ago, it was a wonderful place where she could express herself artistically. When Patricia discovered the art of Spiritual Direction, she immediately became passionate about learning this form of art. Her desire is to hold space for others while deeply listening to them and the Holy One. She feels very blessed to be on the Soul Care team with Cathy and the others working as a Facilitator Support and Spiritual Director. Patricia is also passionate about being out in nature, hiking in a forest or riding her bike. She lives in Abbotsford with her husband, Henry. Greg Kingcott
Greg Kingcott works as a handyman and renovating contractor. He loves working with his customers to create beautiful and functional spaces in their homes. Previously he enjoyed a fulfilling pastoral role working either bi-vocationally or full-time. His love for people combined with gifts of care and compassion led to participating in various inner healing training courses to provide help and support to others on their journey. Adopting a more contemplative lifestyle inspired Greg to train as a Spiritual Director and co-host a men’s Anam Cara Circle. He is great at listening and holding space for Love to touch the heart of another. Greg is very curious about how things work! He gets inspired by projects that require solutions to repair, restore, or reclaim things that would otherwise be thrown away. Greg, and Marilyn his wife of 45 years, have two married daughters and 4 grandchildren. They share a home in Abbotsford, BC with their older daughter and her family. Contact Greg at: gwkingcott@icloud.com.

Corrina Arnold
Corrina brings into her work as a Spiritual Director an interesting mix of training and life experience. In 1986 Corrina graduated from Winnipeg Bible College and Providence Seminary and then life took her on a 14-year sabbatical. The term wounded healer seems very applicable as Corrina then left an abusive relationship and brought her children across three provinces to complete her Masters in Clinical Counselling at Trinity Western University in 2000. Corrina believes we are whole – body, mind, heart and soul – and has spent many hours helping people find that inner voice of wisdom inside themselves. Corrina brings contemplative spirituality, shadow work, the enneagram and dreamwork into what she offers as a soul companion and clinical counsellor. Corrina will be facilitating a new Anam Cara circle in Chilliwack beginning in August 2022. Find out more about Corrina at: Soulshabbat.com.
